Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping - Domestic orders are free (Australia)

  • Standard shipping is free for all Australian orders

  • Delivery can take anywhere up to 5-10 business days depending on location, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Once an order has been placed it can take up to 5 business days of handling time.

  • Allow extra days for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas.

  • Please check your address has been entered correctly as we're not able to change the shipping address once your parcel is already in transit. Ocean Deities will not be held responsible for any parcels delivered to the address entered on your order.

  • For any delivery service that chose to deliver the order we do not guarantee delivery of your parcel, however, if a delivery issue does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.

  • Please note, that we do not cover or replace any orders that are lost in transit.

  • If a parcel has failed to be delivered and returned to our warehouse, a $10 AUD re-delivery fee will be charged at your expense.

​Express shipping - Domestic orders (Australia)

  • Australia Wide Express Delivery $15.00 AUD.

  • Orders are prioritised for the next business day dispatch.

  • Goods are delivered by Australia post shipping services.

  • Delivery can take up to 4 business days depending on the location within Australia, once the order has been shipped. (Excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • We do not guarantee next-day delivery.

  • Allow extra days for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas.

  • Please check your address has been entered correctly as we're not able to change the shipping address once your parcel is already in transit. Ocean Deities will not be held responsible for any parcels delivered to the address entered on your order.

Standard shipping - International orders

  • International Shipping is $25 AUD flat rate.

  • Please note that there are delivery delays to all international destinations because of the impacts of COVID-19.

  • Allow extra days for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas; as well as public holidays.

  • Any delivery service has chosen to deliver the order we do not guarantee delivery of your parcel, however, if a delivery issue does arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.

  • International Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses are not valid for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As every country is different we cannot determine how much this will be per order.

  • Ocean Deities will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in that country.

  • Ocean Deities does not charge International customers with Australian tax amounts per garment, this means International customers are NOT required to pay Australian taxes on the goods.

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

How do I return something?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase

Email us at customerservice@oceandeities.com.au with any issues within the first 30 days and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

  • If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, we would be happy to send you a replacement

Please include your order number and take note of the return tracking number.
