Email us at customerservice@oceandeities.com.au with any issues within the first 30 days and provide us with pictures if there is something wrong with your product.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

  • If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, we would be happy to send you a replacement

Please include your order number and take note of the return tracking number.
